Background

One evening, after enjoying an iced green tea at 10 pm at my favorite local coffee shop, Stomping Grounds, I found myself unable to sleep. Fortunatly the Intarweb was created, giving me something with which to kill time. I found myself reading [WWW]VAX/VMS on Linux using SIMH. Previously that evening, a co-worker sent me an e-mail to bring back the stack of his [WWW]Lnx-BBC cd's that I had gathered from the last [WWW]AmesFUG Install Fest.

The two ideas merged. One could run SIMH from a lnx-bbc disk. The only 'volitile' data would be the SIMH disk image. So you could either:
